Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of adamsmedia.services and any engagement with Your Dream Creator Pty Ltd (ABN 85 603 545 722), trading as Adam's Media.

What this site is

This site describes our services. Nothing on it is a binding quote or an offer to contract. Prices shown indicate typical engagement ranges; scope and fee for any project are set in a written proposal following the Strategy & Vision Consultation.

The consultation

The Strategy & Vision Consultation is a paid engagement with its own deliverable — a written plan covering positioning, structure and a scoped budget. It is payable in advance, the plan is yours to keep and use, and it commits neither party to a build.

Demonstration builds

The sites shown under The Systems are demonstrations, populated with fictional sample businesses so each design system can be shown complete. They do not represent client engagements and the businesses depicted are not real.

Ownership

On final payment you own the delivered website, its content and the accounts it runs on. We retain ownership of our underlying systems, templates and tooling, and we may reference the engagement in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

What we do not promise

Search rankings depend on competition, authority and signals no agency controls. We build to a technical and structural standard; we do not guarantee positions, traffic volumes or revenue, and we will not claim otherwise.

Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits those rights. Beyond them, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to it.
