Draft update 11 September 2026

Who we are

This site is operated by Your Dream Creator Pty Ltd (ABN 85 603 545 722), trading as Adam's Media. Reach us at hello@adamsmedia.services.

What we collect

Only what you give us and what your browser reports:

Your website journey and saved answers

The main closing form asks for your name, business (or “just getting started”), email, mobile and budget before opening the journey options. Saving this form keeps the details in this browser tab for up to eight hours of inactivity. You can use “Clear saved details” to remove them sooner. When the enquiry service is connected, email verification is required before continuing; a phone response also requires mobile verification. The questionnaire, call request and reminder reuse these details. Submitting a selected route saves your details and queues delivery to our Veloci Leads system. The optional launch visibility selection records a request for a quote, not a purchase. A connected builder can retrieve your brief through a short-lived, single-use link that contains no contact details. No customer receipt email is sent automatically. Providing a mobile number does not request sales calls.

Checking your contact details

The country selection helps us interpret your mobile number; format checks alone do not confirm ownership. Telnyx delivers transactional verification codes to your chosen contact details. Protected forms of contact details and IP addresses help us limit repeated requests. Email codes expire after ten minutes and allow five attempts; mobile codes expire after five minutes. We store a keyed digest of the email code, not the plaintext code. Mobile codes are checked by Telnyx. Verification does not grant marketing permission.

Codes are not stored in your browser draft, enquiry or analytics. A contact-specific verification proof stays in this tab for up to eight hours from verification. Changing a contact requires verifying it again. Telnyx also processes message data under its own service terms.

Your contact and advertising preferences

The separate email and ad-personalisation options are unchecked by default. We record each choice independently with its displayed wording version. Declining them does not prevent you from continuing your website journey. These preferences alone do not activate a campaign, upload an advertising audience or load advertising pixels in this preview. A one-off reminder remains a separate request. You can change or withdraw a preference by contacting hello@adamsmedia.services.

Your saved answers do not automatically transfer to the separate DIY, framework or trades websites. You can download your brief to keep a copy. Links identify the route and referring campaign, but do not include your contact details.

One requested follow-up

If you ask for a reminder, we record your selected date and request for one email. This authorises that follow-up only, not an ongoing campaign or advertising retargeting. You can change or cancel your request by emailing hello@adamsmedia.services. Saving a calendar file for yourself does not send a reminder request to the studio; open the downloaded file in your calendar to save it.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Advertising conversion measurement is inactive until configured and requires separate permission. We do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it.

Who we share it with

Enquiry data passes through providers processing it on our behalf: our website host (Cloudflare), Telnyx for contact-verification messages and internal enquiry notifications, and our email host. Internal notifications include your submitted brief and contact details so our team can respond. Each carries its own privacy obligations. With your consent, Google receives usage and device information through Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and submitted enquiries, and Microsoft receives it through Clarity for masked session insights. These providers may process this information outside Australia. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and optional measurement

Optional analytics is off until you choose it in Cookie settings. With permission, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and submitted enquiries. Microsoft Clarity provides masked session insights; it is suppressed on return links and other URLs containing query strings or fragments. These providers receive usage and device data and may process it outside Australia. We do not send form contents or payment credentials as conversion events. Google Ads conversion measurement is disabled until configured and also requires advertising permission; personalised advertising stays off. Cloudflare Web Analytics remains in place. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent enquiring.

Your consent preference is stored for 180 days on this browser. Cookie settings lets you change it at any time. Withdrawal reloads this page to stop loaded trackers and clears known first-party analytics cookies. Your enquiry form remains usable when you reject optional measurement.

Third-party fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads. If you would rather it were not, tell us and we will confirm our current self-hosting status.

How long we keep it

Our Google Analytics 4 property retains user and event data for 14 months; the user-data period resets on new activity. This setting does not limit aggregated standard reports. Under Microsoft Clarity’s retention policy, playback data is kept for 30 days, and click and heatmap data and labelled or favourited sessions for nine months.

Journey intake, delivery and handoff records are retained for 90 days, or until 90 days after a requested reminder date if that is later. Expired email-code records are removed by the scheduled cleanup, normally within five minutes of expiry. Enquiry records in Veloci Leads are kept for two years from receipt, then removed by scheduled cleanup. You can request earlier deletion. Client project records are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax and record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete anything not subject to that obligation.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@adamsmedia.services and we will respond within 30 days. If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
